3 INGREDIENT POPSICLES ?


This fresh Fruit Popsicles recipe a simple, healthy and refreshing snack for the kids this summer!

Mix it up by using various assortments of your favourite fruits! This is a perfect treat to enjoy after a beautiful day of soaking up the sun!


INGREDIENTS:


+ 150g mixed berries (we used blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and currants)

+ 1 scoop/sachet Vanilla Complete by Juice Plus+

+ 250ml buttermilk or milk of choice i.e. oat, almond, soy etc.


METHOD:

1. Mash berries with a fork. Alternatively, use a food processor.

2. In a separate bowl, mix the Vanilla Complete with buttermilk (or other milk of choice). Pour mixture into popsicle moulds.

3. Scoop the fruit mixture into the moulds and add the paddle pop sticks.

4. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
